I’m passionate about helping girls and women empower their crown to radiate true beauty.

My work with Mcbride Research Laboratories, Inc., and brand developers for Design Essentials products, have provided a platform for me to express my artistic skills. As an Educator, I’ve established a trusted professional reputation and relationships in the Southeastern market of the United States and throughout the Caribbean. These collective experiences have helped me to build a bridge between the art and science of hair.

In 2021, I joined strengths with Patricia Harrell to combine my love for science and our 40 years of experience in beauty and wellness to formulate H2GROW— a suite of products designed to naturally restore and regrow hair for women and men. As Black women, we could all probably agree that wigs and weaves are a fabulous way to cover up our hair concerns, but what I know is that it takes products backed by science and formulated with us in mind to truly maintain healthy hair. Our goal for the H2Grow system was to get to the root cause of hair and scalp challenges with a dermatologist trusted formula that nourishes and rejuvenates hair from root to tip.

Over the course of my career, I’ve continuously reinvented myself to build a stronger business and brand. The journey has not been an easy one, but with trial and error, and intentional investment in myself, my leadership, and my businesses, I have gained knowledge and continue to elevate my career and service to others. 

I believe we all have unique gifts, talents, and experiences that can be of value to others. I use my gifts, talents, and experiences as well as my wins and lessons learned to help other professionals in beauty and wellness and beyond to find their niche and develop a plan for profitability.
